Usage Based Licensing issues – August 29th 2019

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our usage-based licensing system. Our downstream provider Flexera had an outage over the weekend which may have impacted our customers and intermittent connectivity issues are still being worked through. 

Until these are resolved by Flexera issues you may experience include:

•  Failure to checkout UBL licensing at render time.
•  Failure to access your Customer Portal via web browser.
